treatment

had my tubal ligation a couple of months ago and I noticed myn excessive hair loss.I am also depressed most of the time and had been suffering from diffiulty in sleeping every night.My skin has also become dry;in fact,some friends say that i look older now when i was just glowing a few months back.I'm helpless.what will I do?pls help!tart:)
